Director Sales & Marketing
Samrat Jaitly is the Director Sales & Marketing of Nexxtgen Entrance Control, one of India’s leading IP Based surveillance solution provider. The young, dynamic Yale alumnus is responsible for the creation and implementation of the organization’s overall growth strategy. He is having 17 Years Electronic Security Industry Experience in which he brings with him exemplary understanding of the domestic market and good business acumen. This accelerated progress can be attributed to his innovative style of functioning and out-of-the-box thinking.
An intense, driven personality, Samrat Jaitly wants to reinvent the landscape of security management. He, with his fresh ideas and young blood, aims to continuously broaden NexxtGen in India, Australia, and Singapore, along with having a global impact and relevance.
Ratika Manocha
Director Technology & Operations
Ratika Manocha, a graduate from INIFD Hauz Khas with a B.Sc. in Interior Designing, is now expanding her expertise into the security industry. With a strong foundation in creative design and structured planning, she has developed the ability to think critically, plan strategically, and create structured solutions. These skills now guide her direction in security operations, risk management, and organizational safety, where she brings a unique perspective that combines creativity with precision and systematic execution.
Her career vision is to merge aesthetic awareness with security-conscious design to create safe, efficient, and people-friendly environments. Ratika brings with her a wide range of competencies including risk assessment, security operations support, crisis management awareness, organizational and planning skills, and creative problem-solving.
